Carers' Link – Barossa, Yorke Peninsula and Adelaide Hills provides support to carers and their families in the Barossa and surrounding Districts. This includes Eudunda, Kapunda, Freeling, Roseworthy, Sedan, Cambrai. Mt Pleasant.

We are here to support Carers to balance their caring role equally between their own needs and those of the person they care for. The benefit of this life balance is a more enjoyable and healthy life for yourself, which in turn leads to a better life for the person you care for.

We support Carers with Information, Counselling, Education, Support Groups, Advocacy, Home Visits, Respite, Outings, etc.

We also provide services for people with a disability such as Home Help, Personal Care, Social Support and Outings, Group Activities, etc.
